Just finished reading this delightful story. Shy meets outgoing. Introvert meets extrovert. They're going for the billion dollar prize to fully fund their Neighbr app. But the real prize, the one that means the most, is their connection. That special connection between two people who realize they have found the one person who completes them. And that loving connection is Sammo and Leo's ultimate prize.This story flows smoothly and the poetry between lovers is simply beautiful. Well done!

I will say right up front that the writing style in Dream Man is not one I am used to reading. First person, present tense is like being in the room as all of the story is happening and as a long, LONG time speed reader of millions of books behind me by now, I have never found a book written in this tense that I finish. I just...can't. It's too immediate and there are usually too many frivolous details included, making the story overly busy and hard to keep up with. Basically it is VERY distracting.
That having been said, the story was well written and engaging, even though this reader had to push through the unusual writing style. There were a couple of things that made the story a bit more confusing, such as 2 of the characters having essentially the same name. THAT really confused me at times. But Leo and Sam made me smile and laugh at times and their HEA was worth the read.

Sam is a geeky computer nerd who has an idea for a new app for which he needs funding. He is shy, has social anxiety issues and is not good in crowds. Not exactly the type to dazzle investors with his idea. His older twin sister Sammy advises him to seek the help of Leo who she dated a few times.
Leo is famous on the internet, confident and motivational speaker with an aggressive no-nonsense presence.
The story was well written with lots of fun and a bit of drama. Sam and Leo were very likeable characters and looked good together. I enjoyed the playful banter between the two. Leo’s extrovert personality is exactly what Sam needs. Leo is the one who pulls Sam out of his shell and is his number one supporter.
I liked that Leo didn’t have trouble falling for a man although he never really had feelings for a man. After all he dated Sam’s sister once.
Sammy is a nice addition to the story. She is a funny, loving and sometimes a bit annoying older sister. Just like an older sister ought to be.
The parts describing the app were a bit too long and detailed for my taste. The reality show brings in a good doseage of excitement and drama.
Overall I liked the book a lot. This is the first book by Luke Reynolds I have read and I would definitely read more.

The moment when you say, can I find my own dream man? Trust me, the answer is a resounding Yes! I went old school Coldplay as my theme for this book
There is no feeling like a happily ever after one. Call me cliché, but after Gone With The Wind and Casablanca, I always ran toward HEAs. If this was author Luke Reynolds' main goal, he has geared his books toward that. Like him, I think I was just as nervous to read his words as he has guardedly written it and shared with the world.
I was a fan from book one, Pretend Boyfriend, and went on to cheer Reckless Meets Restless. This third book encapsulates one's feelings of finding that pot o' gold at the end of the rainbow, even when you are not looking for it.
I will say that truthfully this story started off very slowly for me; but the build up to something bigger was revealed in the subtle words, the coy looks and the passion of believing.
This straight playboy...actually found himself questioning his sexuality.
Dream Man began as a story that started off as finding your niche in the world and building your confidence, which slowly led to love. Sam was a geek, plain and simple. But a geek who was willing to let go of it all to gain the world. As a twin, he was used to bossiness. As partner to a man who was working on an app that could help them conquer the world, he was leader. Meeting Leo, hot internet speaker and motivator, he became loved.
I cheered this relationship on, knowing that Leo could be the one to draw Sam out and help him grow. Being adventurous, Leo allowed Sam to discover things that would have been kept hidden.
When an opportunity arose to to advance his product, Sam leaned heavily on Leo at first. It was like a metamorphosis seeing Sam's growth. What did it for me was Leo's easy acceptance of the paradigm shift of his sexuality and falling for a man. This isn’t lust anymore. This is something powerful, something real. This might just be love. Holy (expletive), I could be in love. No one could have said it better.
Throw in a reality show, the chance to make a billion dollars to promote a product, a vindictive sore loser and lots and lots of adventurous us time, and you have a sweet tale of love and winning. Oh, and a HAWT cover too!!

Dream Man is a really sweet M/M romance with two great lead characters. I really liked how Sam transformed from a shy wallflower to a confident guy with the help of his love Leo! The plot was original, creative, and unlike anything I've read in the past. Once you're done reading this you have to read his other books, especially Pretend Boyfriend. Luke Reynolds really knows how to tell a good story. Definitely five stars from me.
